Landley Law Limited is a small, boutique law firm specialising in property transactions. Sue Foley is the Director and owner of Landley Law Limited. Landley Law Limited was established by Sue and her Team in 2008. Sue has a wealth of experience in working with clients in terms of a wide variety of property transactions – residential sales and purchases for both owner occupied and tenanted investment properties, commercial property, subdivisions and leases.

Landley Law is situated at 362A Colombo Street, Sydenham, Christchurch and has dedicated client parking behind their building.
