Josiah relocated to Christchurch from Timaru with his wife and son to join the Landley Law team in February 2026.
Josiah graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canterbury in 2021 and was admitted as a lawyer in 2022. He began his legal career practicing in criminal and employment law before transitioning to private practice.
Josiah's primary areas of practice are Property Law, Trusts, Estates, and Asset Planning. He regularly assists clients with residential and commercial property transactions, trusts, wills, enduring powers of attorney, and estate administration.
Outside of work, Josiah is actively involved in his church community and enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Christchurch and the surrounding areas, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
